Read this before you launch or buy. You can lose everything you put in.
- 1A lil bro can go to zero. Most lil bros fade. Anyone can create one, and snipers and bots trade them from the first second. Nothing and no one guarantees a price, a buyer or a way out.
- 2Your lil bro is priced in its big bro (or SOL). If that falls, your lil bro's value falls with it, even if no one sells your lil bro. Your lil bro can also fall when its big bro rises. You carry both risks at once.
- 3Big bros are other people's tokens. We do not control them, and listing one is not an endorsement.
- Transfer fees. Some charge their own fee on every transfer. For example, $GP charges 3% on top of the lil bro's 1.25% pool fee, and its issuer can raise that fee at any time.
- Tokenised stocks such as xStocks are not available to US persons [or to people in the UK, [Canada] or [Australia]]draft. They give no voting rights and no claim to the real shares. If the institution holding the real shares fails, they can lose part or all of their value. Their issuer can freeze accounts, pause the token, or move or burn any balance, and any of these can trap your lil bro.
- A lil bro is not its big bro. A lil bro priced in a stock is not the stock, is not backed by it, and gives you no rights in it.
- 4The first seconds favour the creator or the bots, and on Meteora launches cost others up to 50%.
- On Meteora launches, the fee starts at 50% and falls to 1.25% over 20 seconds, on buys and on sells.
- On Meteora's curve and on LaunchLab the creator can buy first, in the launch itself, with no limit on size, and on Meteora's curve without the 50% fee. A creator can hold a large share of supply before anyone else can buy.
- On pump.fun there is no launch-fee window, so bots can buy in the first seconds, and the creator's first buy is a second transaction that may land after theirs (item 20).
- 5The programs are not ours. Pools run on programs built by Meteora, Raydium and pump.fun. Pay-with-SOL runs through Jupiter.
- We have not audited any of them. Their publishers audited some versions, but we do not know whether those are the versions running today.
- Their owners can upgrade them at any time. Meteora can disable its DAMM v2 pools and change their fees (item 10). pump.fun can rewrite a pump.fun lil bro's fee and who receives it (item 20).
- A bug, an upgrade or an exploit can lose your money, and we cannot undo it.
- 6We hold part of every fee, and sometimes the creator's fee. Decentralized does not mean that no one holds the money. Lilbro's 0.70% of each trade is held in Lilbro wallets. Lilbro currently uses part of it for the pot, holder rewards and burns, at its discretion.
- Not live yet. Until payouts start (item 7), this money builds up in our wallets with no payout date.
- The creator's fee. Under "Keep it" it goes straight to the creator and never passes through us, except after a Raydium graduation, when Raydium pays it to us and we forward it, and on pump.fun, where pump.fun pays it to us from the first trade and we forward it. Under "Pay my holders" or "Buy back and burn" it is paid to our wallet from the first trade.
- Keys. One operator holds the keys. There is no multisig. Our fee keys cannot be replaced. If one is stolen, the thief can take Lilbro's share of existing lil bros from then on, which cuts or ends their pot and reward funding, can take the fee rights of routed lil bros and, on pump.fun, "Keep it" creators' 0.30%, and can raise the fee on LaunchLab lil bros to 5%. If one is lost, those fees can never be paid out. [Our fee-claim keys are kept on an internet-connected computer, not a hardware wallet.]draft
- 7Payouts can be late, smaller than shown, wrong, or never happen.
- Not started. [No payout has been made yet. The first is planned for [FIRST PAYOUT DATE: TO BE PROVIDED].]draft
- When. Holder rewards are recorded hourly as estimates and paid in payout runs, at least every Friday; we aim for daily. The pot is paid after the Friday close and a 24-hour public notice period.
- Payouts follow wallets. They go to wallets that hold a lil bro, whether or not the owner ever used lilbro.fun. [We screen every recipient against sanctions lists first, and do not pay a wallet that fails.]draft
- One person decides. One operator runs the payouts by hand. That operator alone picks the winner, can set prices used for the ranking, can correct records, and can exclude a wallet or hold a payout if it believes the wallet broke the terms or it fails sanctions screening. We publish every such decision.
- No one else can stop a wrong payout, and there is no limit on its size.
- Small amounts wait until they are large enough to send.
- Some wallets get nothing. Multisig and other program-owned wallets receive no rewards.
- Not yours until it lands. Nothing shown on the site is yours until it is in your wallet.
- Final once sent. Payments cannot be reversed.
- 8Only one lil bro wins each week. The whole pot goes to one lil bro's holders and creator and to buying its big bro. Most holders of most lil bros never receive anything from it.
- 9Rewards and the pot are not income, and nothing is promised. They are not interest, dividends or a return on your money. We can change them or end them with 14 days' notice. We do not promise any price, reward, pot or buyback.
- 10Fees can change. Each lil bro's page names its venue.
- Rates. [The rates are proposed and may change before launch.]draft
- On LaunchLab. On lil bros still on a Raydium LaunchLab curve, our admin key can raise the platform fee to 5%, so a trade could cost up to about 5.55% [unless we have committed not to]draft.
- On Meteora DAMM v2. On direct launches, and on Meteora lil bros once they graduate, Meteora's operator can change the fee. After the launch window it can set it to any rate up to 10%, and at any time it can add a dynamic fee on top, which is not limited to 10%. We cannot stop it.
- On pump.fun. pump.fun can change its own fee, and a pump.fun lil bro's creator fee and who receives it, at any time and without notice (item 20). We cannot stop it.
- Our share. We can change how we divide our 0.70% between the pot, rewards, burns and ourselves, for existing lil bros too, with 14 days' notice.
- After a LaunchLab graduation. Raydium pays the creator fee to us, and we keep the same split: the creator's share, pot, holders and burn continue. [If Raydium takes a share of that fee, every part shrinks.]draft
- 11Pay with SOL can cost more than you expect. Jupiter picks part of the route.
- Our limits. We refuse trades over 5 SOL and routes more than 10% worse than the market price on the SOL leg. We may change these limits.
- Worst case. A route we accept can still cost up to 10% more than the market price on the SOL leg (up to about 0.5 SOL on a 5 SOL trade), plus up to 1% slippage, every pool's fee, and any transfer fee on each move of a taxed big bro.
- Not always available. Big bros that trade only on pump.fun's venues cannot be bought with SOL through a lil bro. Jupiter does not serve some countries, including the United States.
- 12We trade too. We sell big bros we receive for SOL for the pot, we buy big bros to burn them, and we buy back lil bros for creators who picked it. These trades can move prices. We know each week's result, and when we will trade, before you do.
- 13If you launch.
- You are responsible for your lil bro's name and image and for everything you say about it. You must not promise buyers anything (Terms, section 7.3). You may be legally responsible for it.
- Your pick for your 0.30% is fixed at launch: neither you nor we can change it, but on pump.fun, pump.fun can change where it goes (item 20). Under "Pay my holders" or "Buy back and burn" you cannot claim it. On Raydium after graduation, and on pump.fun from the first trade, even "Keep it" is paid through us.
- Launching costs SOL for network fees, account deposits and, on Meteora and Raydium, the metadata program's fee.
- A direct launch takes two transactions. Between them, the whole supply sits in your wallet.
- 14If Lilbro stops. We will give at least 14 days' notice and, by the date given, pay out everything we hold and publish every transaction. If the operator cannot act, amounts shown on the site may never be paid. Existing pools keep charging their fee (1.25% unless it has been changed: item 10; on pump.fun, pump.fun's fee plus 1.00%), and our part keeps going to our keys, or to whoever holds them. Trading and "Keep it" fee claims still work directly on Meteora and Raydium, except the forward after a Raydium graduation. pump.fun lil bros still trade on pump.fun, but their "Keep it" creators' 0.30% keeps going to us and is no longer forwarded.
- 15Copies and impostors exist. We do not check or filter names: anyone can launch a lil bro with any name, including a real person's name or a copy of another coin's name or of Lilbro's. Always check the mint address. [Lilbro has not launched a token.]draft We announce only on lilbro.fun and X @lil_bro_fun, and we never ask for your seed phrase.
- 16Runners are not reviewed. The Runners page lists trending coins by automatic rules. Nobody reviews them, their teams have not endorsed Lilbro, and Lilbro is not affiliated with pump.fun. A listing is not a recommendation.
- 17Everything is final and public. You sign every transaction with your own wallet. We cannot reverse, refund or recover anything. Your trades and wallet address are public forever.
- 18The demo is not real. While lilbro.fun shows the demo, every lil bro, wallet, trade, pot and reward on it is sample data.
- 19The law may change or may not allow you in. Lilbro may have to block your region, hold a payout or shut down. Lilbro is not available in [RESTRICTED REGIONS: TO BE PROVIDED]draft. Taxes are your responsibility.
- 20Lil bros on pump.fun follow pump.fun's rules. Some lil bros are created on pump.fun's programs instead of Lilbro's (Terms, 6.11). Lilbro is not affiliated with pump.fun, and pump.fun has not endorsed, partnered with or reviewed this platform.
- Not always open. Lilbro offers it only where the site shows it as open, and can stop offering it, or pause new launches on it, at any time.
- Its fees. A trade pays pump.fun's own fee plus a 1.00% creator fee. pump.fun can change its own fee. On 26 Sep 2026 a trade paid 1.95% on pump.fun's curve and 1.25% after graduation.
- pump.fun can rewrite a coin. Without notice, its team can change a pump.fun lil bro's fee and who receives it (it has done this to another coin), drop its big bro from pump.fun's pair list, and change its programs. We cannot stop or undo it.
- Then the coin leaves the pot race. If pump.fun changes a coin's split, its fee or who controls its split, that coin leaves the weekly pot race for good, from the week of the change, its trades earlier that week included. Its holders earn nothing from its later trades. Its burns stop if the split no longer pays Lilbro's wallets. What its creator is owed under "Keep it", from before the change and after it, is held, and may never be paid.
- No launch window. Bots can buy in the first seconds. The creator's first buy is a second transaction and may land after theirs.
- Everything is paid to us. pump.fun pays every part of the split, a "Keep it" creator's included, to Lilbro wallets. Nothing can be claimed from pump.fun. If we stop, a "Keep it" creator's share is no longer forwarded.
