1Who we are and what Lilbro is
1.1Who we are. Lilbro is a decentralized platform (1.2). In these terms:
- "we" and "us" mean the people who build and run the Lilbro interface, its backend and the Lilbro wallets, including the operator (11.2);
- "Lilbro" means the platform. Where these terms say that Lilbro holds, decides or does something, it means us;
- "you" means anyone who uses Lilbro.
These terms are an agreement between you and us. [These terms do not name a company or a person.]draft
1.2What Lilbro is. Lilbro is a decentralized platform: an interface to third-party programs on Solana. It is a website at lilbro.fun and an API at api.lilbro.fun, together with Lilbro wallets that claim, hold and pay out part of every fee (section 5). With them you can:
- create a new Solana token (a "lil bro") priced in a token that already trades (its "big bro"), or priced in SOL "for" any coin;
- buy and sell lil bros;
- see the weekly pot, holder rewards, the Runners list and the public record.
1.3Your wallet does the work. Every trade and launch is a transaction that the website builds in your browser, simulates and shows you. Your own wallet then signs it. The transaction runs on programs that other companies built and operate (section 12). We do not run an order book, and we do not trade for you.
1.3AWhat "decentralized" means here, and what it does not. When we call Lilbro decentralized, we mean only this: trades and launches run on public programs that other companies built and run, and your own wallet signs them (1.3, section 12). It does not mean that no one controls Lilbro's keys or money. We do:
- one operator controls every Lilbro key, and there is no multisig (5.5, 11.2);
- part of every fee, and in some cases the creator's fee, passes through Lilbro wallets and is held there before it is paid out, burned or kept (5.3, section 8);
- the operator runs the scoring, picks the winner and approves every payout (11.2);
- Lilbro makes its own trades for the pot, the burns and creators' buybacks (11.4);
- our Raydium LaunchLab admin key can change the fees of live LaunchLab lil bros (6.6).
1.4The demo. While lilbro.fun shows the demo, everything on it is sample data: the lil bros, wallets, trades, the pot and rewards. The demo moves no money, and nothing it shows is a balance you own.
1.5What is not live yet. [Until [DATE: TO BE PROVIDED]:]draft
- no pot, holder reward, creator forward or buyback has been paid or made (9.6);
- the weekly public record is not published (11.1);
- everything the site calls automatic is done by hand (11.3).
[Launches on pump.fun (6.11) are not open to the public yet.]draft
2Accepting these terms
2.1You accept these terms when you [tick the box and press "I agree" before your first launch, trade or wallet connection] [use the site]draft. If you do not agree, do not use Lilbro.
2.2These terms incorporate the following documents. If they conflict, these terms win.
- the Risk Disclosures at lilbro.fun/risks;
- [the Privacy Notice at lilbro.fun/privacy]draft.
3Who can use Lilbro, and where
3.1Age. You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
3.2Where you are. You must not use Lilbro if any of these applies to you:
- you are located in, resident in or organised under the laws of a Restricted Region;
- you are acting for someone who is;
- you are named on a sanctions list, or owned or controlled by someone who is.
The Restricted Regions are:
- [TO BE PROVIDED: the list. PLACEHOLDER LIST FOR COUNSEL, for example: comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions; [the United States]; [the United Kingdom]; [the European Economic Area]; [Canada]; [Australia]; any other place counsel names]draft;
- any other place where using Lilbro would be illegal.
3.3No workarounds. You must not use a VPN, proxy or other tool to hide where you are.
3.4Blocking and screening. We may block access by region.
- [OPTION A: We may screen wallet addresses against sanctions lists, and we may refuse or hold any payment to a wallet that fails screening.]draft
- [OPTION B: Before every payout we screen every recipient wallet against sanctions lists. We do not pay a wallet that fails screening, and we hold its share under section 19.]draft
3.5Big bro restrictions. Some big bros have their own restrictions, set by their issuers. For example, tokenised stocks are not available to US persons (section 14). You are responsible for being allowed to hold every token you trade.
3.6Payouts go to wallets, not to users. The pot and holder rewards are paid to wallets that hold a lil bro. That includes wallets whose owners bought through another app, never used lilbro.fun and never accepted these terms. [We pay a wallet only if [it passes screening under 3.4] [its owner has accepted these terms by signing a message with it] [its owner claims the payment].]draft
4Your wallet and your transactions
4.1Your wallet. You use your own Solana wallet. We never see or hold your private key or seed phrase, and we cannot recover them.
4.2Check before you sign. You are responsible for every transaction your wallet signs. Before you sign, the site simulates each transaction and shows you the result. A simulation is an estimate: the result on chain can differ, and our software can be wrong (21.2). Check the transaction in your wallet.
4.3Final and public. Transactions on Solana are final and public. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund them.
4.4What you pay. You pay the Solana network fees and any account deposits a transaction needs. You also pay any fee a token's own issuer charges on transfers (section 14.3).
5What Lilbro holds, and when (custody)
5.1What we never hold. We never hold your private keys. We cannot move tokens in your wallet.
5.2What we can and cannot change. We cannot remove the locked liquidity of any lil bro. We cannot change the fees of an existing lil bro on Meteora, and we cannot pause trading. Our Raydium LaunchLab admin key has the powers listed in 6.6, including changing the fee on lil bros still on a LaunchLab curve. For a lil bro whose creator picked "Pay my holders" or "Buy back and burn my lil bro", a Lilbro wallet holds the pool's creator-fee right (section 8). We cannot change the fees or the fee split of a pump.fun lil bro either; pump.fun can (12.5).
5.3Where Lilbro does hold money. Some money passes through wallets we control. This table shows every such point. [Until payouts go live (9.6), the amounts below build up in Lilbro wallets with no payout date.]draft

5.4Money we hold is ours. [Money we hold under this section is ours until it is paid out. It is not held for you, in trust or in an account in your name. You have no balance, deposit or claim on it. A payment becomes yours only once it lands in your wallet.]draft [TO CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL: whether this can describe the creator's 0.30% that we forward or spend under section 8.]draft
5.5Our keys. One operator controls the keys that hold and claim this money (11.2).
- They cannot be replaced. The key that claims Lilbro's fee share under a Meteora curve setting, and our Raydium LaunchLab admin key, are fixed for the life of every lil bro launched under them. So are the wallets a pump.fun lil bro's split pays (6.11).
- If one is stolen, the thief can claim Lilbro's share of every existing lil bro under that key from then on, for as long as those lil bros trade. Those lil bros then fund the pot and holder rewards less, or not at all. With the creator-fee wallet, the thief can take the creator-fee rights of lil bros whose creators picked "Pay my holders" or "Buy back and burn". With the LaunchLab admin key, the thief can also raise the fee on LaunchLab lil bros still on a curve to 5% and change where it goes (6.6). With a wallet a pump.fun lil bro's split pays, the thief receives that wallet's part of every pump.fun lil bro that names it, for as long as they trade; with the forwarder wallet, that includes "Keep it" creators' 0.30%.
- If one is lost, those fees can never be claimed or paid out.
- pump.fun wallets. The wallets a pump.fun lil bro's split pays, other than the treasury, are hot wallets.
- Where the keys are. [Our admin key, the pot wallet and the treasury are on a hardware wallet. The keys that claim fees and send payouts are "hot": key files on an internet-connected computer, so that they can sign without the hardware device. Every 4 weeks we move new launches to new settings with a new fee-claim key; lil bros launched under an older key keep paying that key for as long as they trade.] [NOT YET TRUE: until production keys exist, one hot test wallet holds every role in testing.]draft
- No limit. There is no cap on how much a stolen key can take.
6Fees
6.1The trading fee. Every buy and every sell of a lil bro on a Meteora or Raydium pool launched through Lilbro pays a fee of 1.25% of the trade. A pump.fun lil bro pays pump.fun's fees instead (6.11). The fee is taken in the quote coin: the big bro, or SOL. It is not taken in the lil bro, except after a Raydium graduation: there a sale pays the pool's 0.25% trade fee in the lil bro, of which Raydium keeps 0.04% and we burn the rest, the locked liquidity's share (6.5). [The rates are final.] [The rates are proposed and may change before launch.]draft

6.2How the fee is paid. The pool program pays the venue part and the creator part itself; for a routed pick it pays the creator part to Lilbro's creator-fee wallet. It pays the other 0.70% to Lilbro as one amount. How Lilbro divides that amount can change (6.9).
6.3Launch-fee window. This applies on Meteora's curve and on direct launches.
- How it falls. For the first 20 seconds after a launch, the fee starts at 50% and falls in one-second steps to 1.25%.
- Buys and sells. It applies to both.
- Where the extra goes. The extra above 1.25% is split Meteora 20% / creator 24% / Lilbro 56%. Lilbro currently adds its 56% to the pot. The creator's 24% is creator fee like any other and follows the creator's pick. [TO CONFIRM: on a direct launch the surcharge reaches the locked positions with their other fees.]draft
- The creator's first buy. On Meteora's curve, a first buy that the creator bundles into the launch transaction pays 1.25%, not the higher fee. It can be of any size (7.1). Direct launches have no first buy.
- LaunchLab. Raydium LaunchLab launches have no window.
- pump.fun. pump.fun launches have no window either, so bots can buy in the first seconds (7.1).
6.4After a Meteora lil bro graduates. A lil bro on Meteora's curve moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool when its curve fills.
- Fee. The pool charges 1.25%, in the quote coin, and Meteora keeps 20% of that (0.25%). Meteora can change the fee (6.9).
- Liquidity. The liquidity is locked forever in two positions: Lilbro 70% and the creator 30% (for a routed pick, the creator's position is held by Lilbro's creator-fee wallet and follows the pick). Each position earns its share of the rest of the fee: 0.70% to Lilbro's, 0.30% to the creator's.
- What Lilbro's share funds. Lilbro currently divides its position's fees as in 6.1.
- Migration cost. Meteora takes 0.2% of the liquidity moved at migration.
6.4ADirect launches. A direct launch starts on a Meteora DAMM v2 pool with the same 1.25% fee (which Meteora can change, 6.9) and the same 70 / 30 locked positions from the first trade. For a routed pick, all the liquidity is in one locked position held by Lilbro, and Lilbro's records treat 70 parts of its fees as Lilbro's 0.70% and 30 parts as the creator's fee.
6.5After a Raydium LaunchLab lil bro graduates. It moves to a Raydium CPMM pool. The pool charges a 0.25% trade fee plus a 1.00% creator fee, 1.25% in total.
- Of the 0.25%, Raydium keeps 0.04%. The other 0.21% goes to the locked liquidity, whose fees go to Lilbro: we keep the quote coin side as platform income and burn the lil bro side.
- Our Raydium settings name a Lilbro wallet as the graduated pool's creator, so Raydium pays the whole 1.00% creator fee to Lilbro. Lilbro divides it as before graduation: 0.30 of every 1.25 to the creator (forwarded to the beneficiary under "Keep it", or following the pick), and the rest as in 6.1.
- [Raydium has announced that it may take a share of this creator fee. If it does, every share after graduation is smaller.]draft
- The graduated liquidity is locked forever.
6.6Our powers over LaunchLab lil bros. Our Raydium LaunchLab admin key can do these things to lil bros launched under our LaunchLab settings:
- change the fee rates on lil bros still on a curve, up to Raydium's caps: 5% for our part [and 0.50% for the creator's part: TO CONFIRM]draft;
- change the wallet that receives our fee;
- change the wallet that receives the 1.00% creator fee after graduation, for every lil bro that has not graduated yet. A lil bro that has already graduated keeps paying the wallet named when it graduated.
At the cap, a trade on a LaunchLab curve could cost up to 5.55% (Raydium 0.25 + platform 5.00 + creator 0.30), [or 5.75% if the creator's fee is also raised to its 0.50% cap]draft. [We commit not to raise the fee on live lil bros.]draft [We will announce any change at least 14 days ahead on lilbro.fun and X @lil_bro_fun.]draft We cannot change the fees of a lil bro on Meteora.
6.7No other Lilbro fees. We charge no fee to create a lil bro. Creating one still costs SOL for network fees, account deposits and, on Meteora and Raydium, the token-metadata program's own fee [about 0.01 SOL]draft, none of which is paid to us. We add no fee to the Jupiter part of a pay-with-SOL trade (section 13).
6.8Fees charged by others. These are not ours:
- Solana network fees;
- the fees of other pools that a pay-with-SOL route passes through;
- any transfer fee that a big bro's own issuer charges (section 14.3).
6.9What is fixed and what can change.
- Fixed at launch, on chain. On Meteora's curve: the total fee, the venue's part and the creator's part. On LaunchLab: Raydium's part. The creator's pick is fixed at launch (section 8); on a pump.fun lil bro, pump.fun can still change the split that carries it (12.5).
- Changeable by Meteora on DAMM v2 pools. That covers a direct launch from its first trade, and a Meteora-curve lil bro once it graduates (6.4, 6.4A). Meteora's operator can change the pool's fee. Once any launch-fee window (6.3) is over, it can set the base fee to any rate up to 10%, higher or lower than 1.25%. At any time, it can also add, change or remove a dynamic fee on top, which rises when the price moves and is not limited to 10%. Meteora keeps 20% of whatever the pool charges. We cannot stop or undo such a change.
- Changeable by us on live LaunchLab lil bros. See 6.6.
- Changeable by pump.fun on pump.fun lil bros. pump.fun's own fee, and a coin's 1.00% creator fee and who receives it (6.11, 12.5). We cannot stop or undo such a change.
- Changeable by us for every lil bro, including existing ones. How we divide our 0.70% between the pot, holder rewards, the burn and the platform. Any change applies from the date we state and never to a week that has closed. We will announce it at least 14 days ahead (20.3).
6.10Coins others launch under our settings. Anyone can launch a coin under Lilbro's Meteora or Raydium settings, from any website. Those coins pay the same fee and are divided the same way, except a coin priced in a quote coin we do not list: its creator's share is forwarded, and the rest is our platform income, with no holder rewards and no pot. At a Raydium graduation, Raydium gives our key the transfer-fee authority of some such tokens; we do not use it. A coin launched on pump.fun from any website with Lilbro's split is a pump.fun lil bro (6.11) if it meets the rules a launch from lilbro.fun meets. If it does not, what pump.fun pays our wallets for it is held as money we cannot attribute to a lil bro (5.3).
6.11Lil bros on pump.fun. For some big bros, a lil bro can be created on pump.fun's programs instead of under Lilbro's own settings. This is offered only where the site shows it as open to you: we may not offer it at all, and we may stop offering it, or pause new launches on it, at any time, for example after pump.fun changes its programs (12.3). Existing pump.fun lil bros keep trading. Lilbro is not affiliated with pump.fun, and pump.fun has not endorsed, partnered with or reviewed this platform.
- Who runs it. pump.fun's programs create the coin and run its curve. When the curve fills, pump.fun moves the coin to a PumpSwap pool. pump.fun's programs decide what happens to that pool's liquidity; Lilbro holds none of it. Lilbro does not run these programs (section 12).
- What a trade pays. pump.fun's own fee, plus a creator fee of 1.00%, both in the big bro. pump.fun sets its own fee and can change it at any time. On 26 Sep 2026 its fee was 0.95% of each trade on its curve (1.95% in all) and 0.25% on PumpSwap (0.20% to the pool and 0.05% to pump.fun; 1.25% in all). The launch form shows the fee it reads from pump.fun at the time.
- The split. In the launch transaction, pump.fun's fee-sharing program fixes how the 1.00% is split, and the right to change that split is given up, so neither the creator nor Lilbro can change it. Every part is paid to a Lilbro wallet, and no part to the creator's own wallet:
- the weekly pot: 0.20%, to Lilbro's pump.fun pot wallet;
- holders: 0.10%, to Lilbro's pump.fun holders wallet (0.40% under "Pay my holders", the creator's part included);
- the big bro burn: 0.10%, to Lilbro's pump.fun burn wallet;
- the platform: 0.30%, to Lilbro's treasury;
- the creator: 0.30%, under "Keep it" to Lilbro's forwarder wallet, which forwards it to the beneficiary (8.2A), and under "Buy back and burn my lil bro" to Lilbro's creator-fee wallet (8.1).
These rates have the same status as those in 6.1.
- When it is paid. pump.fun keeps the creator fee in its fee vault until someone triggers its payout. Anyone can trigger it: Lilbro does in payout runs, and a visitor can from the lil bro's page. pump.fun then pays each part to its wallet, and Lilbro uses each part as it would for a lil bro launched under its own Meteora or Raydium settings (sections 9 and 10). How Lilbro uses its four parts can change as 6.9 says; Lilbro cannot change where pump.fun pays them.
- Nothing to claim. Neither the creator nor holders can claim anything from pump.fun.
- What pump.fun can change. Its own fees, and a pump.fun lil bro's creator fee and split, without notice (12.5).
- The weekly pot. A pump.fun lil bro's fees count as 1.25% of the value of its trades, whatever pump.fun charges (9.3).
7Launching a lil bro
7.1What a launch is. When you launch a lil bro, you create a new token.
- Supply. 1,000,000,000. All of it goes into the pool. There is no allocation to you or to us, and no presale. [On a direct launch, the launch takes two transactions, and between them the whole supply sits in your wallet.]draft
- Your first buy. On Meteora's curve and on LaunchLab you may buy in the same transaction as the launch, before anyone else can. There is no limit on its size, and on Meteora's curve it does not pay the launch fee (6.3). Buyers should know that a creator can take a large share of supply this way. On pump.fun your first buy is a second transaction, sent right after the launch, so bots can buy before it lands; it has no size limit either.
- Name and ticker. You choose them. They are written on-chain. On Meteora and on pump.fun they can never be changed. [On LaunchLab: TO CONFIRM.]draft
- Image. [The image is not published on-chain today. It is kept only in your own browser.]draft
- Pool. The site picks the venue from the big bro you chose. For some big bros, where the site shows pump.fun as open to you, you choose between that venue and pump.fun (6.11).
7.2You are the creator. You are responsible for your lil bro's name, ticker, image and description, and for everything you say about it. You must have the right to use them. They must not:
- suggest a link that does not exist to any person, project or brand, including the big bro and Lilbro;
- be abusive, defamatory, dishonest or obscene.
We do not check or filter names. Anyone can launch a lil bro with any name, including the name of a real person or a name copied from another coin. That the site accepts a name does not mean it is lawful or that we approve it.
7.3Your statements must be true. If you promote your lil bro, what you say must be accurate and not misleading. You must not:
- promise buyers a profit, a price, a buyback, rewards or the pot;
- say or suggest that your lil bro represents, is backed by, can be redeemed for or tracks its big bro or any security.
7.4Not ours. A lil bro is created by its creator, not by Lilbro. We do not vet, endorse or guarantee it. We may hide a lil bro from our site for any reason in section 19. That does not stop it trading on-chain.
7.5Our name. You may not launch a lil bro whose name or ticker suggests that Lilbro made it. [LAUNCH-DAY TEXT: not shown before LILBRO launches]draft [Nothing on the site blocks such a name today.]draft
[7.6 Content we host. If we host images or other content you give us, we may remove it at any time for any reason. To report content that infringes your rights, write to [CONTACT EMAIL: TO BE PROVIDED].]draft
8The creator's fee and the creator's pick
8.1Your pick. At launch you pick what your 0.30% pays for. The pick is written into your token's metadata, which nobody can change, and it cannot be changed later. On a pump.fun lil bro the pick also sets pump.fun's split (6.11): Lilbro cannot change that split, but pump.fun can (12.5).
- "Keep it" (the default): the pool pays your 0.30% to you, in the quote coin, and you claim it from the pool yourself. We never hold it, except after a Raydium graduation (8.2). On pump.fun, pump.fun pays it to Lilbro, which forwards it to you (8.2A).
- "Pay my holders": the launch transaction hands the pool's creator-fee right to a Lilbro wallet (on a direct launch, Lilbro's wallet holds the one locked position instead, 6.4A; on pump.fun, the split pays it to Lilbro's holders wallet, 6.11). The pool pays your 0.30% to Lilbro, and in each payout run we add it to your lil bro's holder rewards (section 10). You cannot claim it from the pool.
- "Buy back and burn my lil bro": the same hand-over (on pump.fun, the split pays it to Lilbro's creator-fee wallet, 6.11). In each payout run we use your 0.30% to buy your lil bro on its own pool, paying the normal fee, and we burn what we bought. Buybacks never run in the first 20 seconds, never fill more than 90% of what is left on a curve, do not count in the weekly race, and are published after they run. You cannot claim it from the pool.
- [The site offers the last two picks only once they are switched on for the public.]draft
8.2"Keep it" on Raydium LaunchLab. Until graduation you claim your 0.30% from Raydium at any time. After graduation Raydium pays it to Lilbro, and Lilbro forwards it to the beneficiary by hand, in a payout run, once it is worth at least US$1. If Lilbro stops, you cannot claim it from Raydium. You must confirm this at launch.
8.2A"Keep it" on pump.fun. On a pump.fun lil bro, pump.fun pays your 0.30% to Lilbro's forwarder wallet, never to you, from the first trade. Lilbro forwards it to the beneficiary, in the big bro, in payout runs. Small amounts, and amounts over a payout run's limits, carry forward. You cannot claim it from pump.fun. If Lilbro stops, it is no longer forwarded (20.4). If pump.fun changes your coin's split, its creator fee or who controls its split (12.5), what you are owed for the coin, from before the change and after it, is held until the operator repairs it, and it may not be possible to pay it. You must confirm this at launch.
8.3Taxed big bros. If your big bro charges its own transfer fee, less of your 0.30% arrives: each move of the big bro pays that fee.
8.4Who receives the creator's shares. Forwards under 8.2 and 8.2A, and the creator's share of the pot (section 9), go to the beneficiary: the wallet that signed the launch. It cannot be changed. If you lose that wallet's key, you lose those payments. [TO CONFIRM: how a transfer of a Meteora pool's creator role affects this.]draft
9The weekly pot
9.1What the pot is. The pot is a Lilbro fund. Lilbro currently adds to it the pot part (0.20%) of its share of each trade, its share of the launch-fee surcharge (6.3), and the burn part of SOL-priced lil bros whose big bro we do not list. We convert it to SOL and hold it in our pot wallet.
9.2The week. A week runs from Friday 20:00 UTC to the next Friday 20:00 UTC, measured by Solana block time.
9.3The winner. Under our current rules, the winner is the lil bro whose trades generated the most trading fees in US dollars during the week, after these exclusions:
- Excluded trades: the creator's own trades (the on-chain creator and the beneficiary); the creator's first buy in the launch transaction; trades by Lilbro's own wallets, including buybacks for creators' picks; trades by the pool programs' own accounts.
- The launch-fee surcharge: recorded, but not counted.
- Eligibility: a lil bro needs at least 50 different trader wallets in the week.
- Ties: go to the higher unrounded fee, then to the earlier launch.
- Never: we never rank by price or market cap. [LAUNCH-DAY TEXT: not shown before LILBRO launches]draft
- Which pools count: every pool of a lil bro launched under our settings with a quote coin we list or SOL: its curve, the pool it graduates to, and direct launches. On Meteora DAMM v2 pools only the share of fees our locked position actually earned counts. A pump.fun lil bro's curve and PumpSwap pool count too, as the next point says.
- pump.fun lil bros: their fees count as 1.25% of the value of their trades, the same basis as a lil bro launched under Lilbro's own Meteora or Raydium settings, whatever pump.fun charges. Only trades that paid the coin's own split count. If pump.fun changes a pump.fun lil bro's split, its creator fee or who controls its split (12.5), the coin is out of the race for good, starting with the week in which that happened: none of its trades that week count, including those made before the change. Its trades made while one of its split's payments is blocked never count. It is also out of a week's race if, when that week is scored, one of its split's payments is still blocked or our software still cannot read one of its transactions. If our software cannot read a pump.fun transaction that names no coin, and still cannot when a week is scored, every pump.fun lil bro is out of that week's race.
- Prices: US dollar values come from third-party price sources. Where one is missing or wrong, the operator may set a price, and publishes it (11.2).
9.4What Lilbro currently pays out. Under our current rules the week's pot is paid in SOL:
- 60% to the winner's holders, in proportion to how much they held and for how long during the week (with the exclusions in 10.4);
- 20% to the winner's beneficiary (8.4);
- 20% buys the winner's big bro on the open market, and we burn it. For a winner priced in SOL, or whose big bro cannot be burned, this 20% goes to its holders instead, making 80 / 20.
9.5No winner. If no lil bro is eligible, the pot rolls into the next week.
9.5AOne winner. Only one lil bro is paid each week. Most holders of most lil bros will never receive anything from the pot.
9.6How the payout runs. [Payouts are not live yet. Until the first payout on [FIRST PAYOUT DATE: TO BE PROVIDED], the pot, holder and burn parts build up in Lilbro wallets. [Amounts collected before then [will] [will not] be paid out for those weeks.]]draft Once live, in the soft launch the payout is run by hand:
- After the Friday close we publish, at [URL]draft, the standings, the inputs and the payout plan: every payment, and a fingerprint of the full list (a Merkle root).
- The plan stays public for at least 24 hours before anything is paid. During that time you can report a mistake to [CONTACT EMAIL: TO BE PROVIDED]draft (9.9).
- The operator then moves the exact total from the pot wallet to the payout wallet, approves the payment batches, and the batches are sent. Each batch is published.
Payments are final once sent.
9.7Who decides. One operator runs the scoring, picks the winner, holds the pot and approves the payouts. Section 11.2 lists every decision the operator can make and what that means for you.
9.8Not a prize you are owed. [Holding or trading a lil bro gives you no right to the pot or to any part of it (15.4). We may change, pause or end the pot under 20.3, but not for a week that has already closed.]draft
9.9Results, mistakes and finality.
- Reporting. Anyone can report a mistake in the standings or the plan to [CONTACT EMAIL: TO BE PROVIDED]draft during the 24-hour notice period.
- Correcting. Only the operator can correct a plan. A plan that has paid nothing can be replaced by a corrected plan, published with the reason.
- Final once paid. A payment is final once sent. We cannot reverse it.
- Our own mistakes. [If a payment went to the wrong wallet or in the wrong amount because of our error, we [will] [may, at our discretion,] pay the shortfall to the right wallets from Lilbro's own funds, if it is reported within [30] days of the payout.] [We do not make good payout errors.]draft
10Holder rewards
10.1What they are. Lilbro currently sets aside the holder part (0.10%) of its share of each trade on a lil bro's pools, and shares it among that lil bro's holders. If the creator picked "Pay my holders", the creator's 0.30% is added.
10.2How shares are recorded. Every hour we record each holder's share in our records. A wallet counts for the lower of its balance at the start of the hour and at the end. A lil bro in its first hour counts once it has had a full hour of trading.
10.3How and when they are paid. Holder rewards are paid in the quote coin: the big bro, or SOL on SOL pairs. They are never swapped.
- When. [Not yet: see 9.6.]draft Our records are estimates until we have claimed the fees behind them. We pay them in payout runs, at least every Friday; we aim for daily. Later we may pay them automatically.
- No claiming. We send them to your wallet; you do not claim them.
10.4Wallets that do not receive rewards. These wallets are excluded:
- pool vaults;
- wallets owned by a program rather than a person, which includes many multisig and smart-contract wallets such as Squads;
- Lilbro's own wallets;
- burn addresses.
If you hold through a program-owned wallet, you receive nothing.
10.5Small amounts. We carry forward, and do not yet pay:
- a SOL amount below 0.000025 SOL, or below what a new account needs to exist on Solana;
- a token amount worth less than US$0.05;
- a token amount worth less than 10 times the cost of opening a token account for you, if you do not have one. You can open the account yourself from the rewards page.
Carried amounts do not expire. They are paid once they pass these limits.
10.6Not income. [Holder rewards are not interest, dividends, a share of profits or a return on anything you bought (15.4). The figures on the site are our records, not a forecast. Rewards can be delayed or reduced, and can be paused or ended under 20.3.]draft
10.7Where rewards do not apply. No holder rewards come from:
- trades on pools that do not pay Lilbro's fee;
- coins under our settings priced in a quote coin we do not list (6.10);
- a pump.fun lil bro's trades after pump.fun changes its split, its creator fee or who controls its split (12.5).
11The public record, and the operator's role
11.1What we publish. [From the first payout,]draft each week we publish at [URL]draft:
- the inputs to the race and the standings;
- the pot balance;
- every price or snapshot the operator set by hand, every exclusion, and every correction (11.2);
- the payout plan and every payout transaction;
- [every transaction in 11.4]draft.
[The scoring code is published at [URL], and the version used each week is named in the record.]draft Anyone can then check the result against public blockchain data.
11.2The operator's role. One operator:
- controls Lilbro's keys (5.5);
- runs the scoring and picks the winner;
- holds the pot, holder-reward amounts, routed creator fees and owed forwards until they are paid;
- supplies the conversion rates used to value fees received in big bros;
- can set a US dollar price where a price source is missing or wrong, and prices decide the ranking;
- can accept a missing holder snapshot and fill the gap by a published rule;
- can correct how a lil bro's creator fee is classified, by a published correction;
- can mark a transaction our software cannot read, or skip a record the software is stuck on, by a published note. Skipping a record can leave some trades out of a week's scoring;
- can replace a payout plan that has paid nothing;
- can exclude wallets (17) and hold payouts (19);
- approves every payout.
There is no multisig, no guardian and no second party. Only the operator can stop or correct a payout. A mistaken or dishonest payout cannot be reversed once sent. There is no protection beyond the published record, and no cap limits the size of a wrong payout.
11.3What is automated. Nothing. In the soft launch, claims, conversions, burns, buybacks and payouts are done by hand, each approved by the operator. [Automation will be announced on lilbro.fun before it starts.]draft
11.4Lilbro trades too. To run the pot, the burns and the creators' picks, Lilbro makes its own trades:
- it sells big bros it receives for SOL, for the pot, in small lots;
- it buys big bros to burn them, including the winner's big bro each week;
- it buys lil bros for creators who picked "Buy back and burn", and burns them;
- [LAUNCH-DAY TEXT: not shown before LILBRO launches]draft
These trades can move prices. The operator knows each week's result, and when these trades will happen, before the public does. [We publish every one of these transactions in the weekly record.]draft [The operator and everyone working on Lilbro follow a written trading rule, published at [URL].]draft
12The programs Lilbro uses
12.1Other companies' programs. Lil bros trade on programs that other companies built and control:
- Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve;
- Meteora DAMM v2;
- Raydium LaunchLab;
- Raydium CPMM, and Raydium's LP-Lock, which holds graduated liquidity;
- for pump.fun lil bros, pump.fun's bonding curve, PumpSwap, pump.fun's fee-sharing program, and pump.fun's mayhem program, which every pump.fun launch calls;
- for pay-with-SOL, and for our own conversions, Jupiter and the pools its route uses.
We do not own or operate any of them.
12.2Audits. We have not audited these programs. Their publishers have published audits of some versions:
- Raydium LaunchLab and CPMM: https://docs.
raydium. io/ security/ audits; - Meteora DBC: https://docs.
meteora. ag/ resources/ audits/ dbc; - Meteora DAMM v2: https://docs.
meteora. ag/ resources/ audits/ damm-v2.
We do not know whether the versions running today are the ones that were audited. Lilbro's own website, backend and payout scripts are not audited. [TO CONFIRM: whether pump.fun has published audits of its programs.]draft
12.3What their owners can do. The owners of these programs can upgrade them at any time.
- Except for pump.fun's programs (below), we do not know who controls those upgrade keys.
- Meteora's operator can disable any Meteora DAMM v2 pool, and can change its fee (6.9). That covers a direct launch from its first trade, and a Meteora-curve lil bro once it graduates.
- pump.fun's four programs share one upgrade key, which pump.fun controls. pump.fun upgraded its curve program four times in September 2026, and all four programs on 2 October 2026. After each upgrade we pause new pump.fun launches on lilbro.fun until our checks pass again. Existing pump.fun lil bros keep trading on whatever pump.fun runs. [TO CONFIRM: whether that key is a multisig, and whether a time lock delays its upgrades.]draft
- An upgrade, a bug, a disabled pool or an exploit can freeze or destroy value. We cannot prevent it or undo it.
12.4Their terms. Each program's publisher has its own terms. Some of them exclude users in certain places, including the United States. [pump.fun's own terms are at https://pump.
12.5What pump.fun can do to pump.fun lil bros. pump.fun can do these things without notice. We cannot prevent or undo any of them:
- Rewrite a coin's creator fee and who receives it. pump.fun calls this a community takeover ("CTO") and decides it at its sole discretion. It has rewritten the locked split of another coin. Fees not yet paid out then follow the new split.
- Change its own fees.
- Remove a big bro from its pair list. No new pump.fun lil bro of that big bro can then be launched. What that would do to existing ones is not known.
- Change its programs (12.3).
When pump.fun changes a pump.fun lil bro's split, its creator fee or who controls its split, that coin leaves the weekly pot race for good, from the week of the change, its trades earlier that week included (9.3), and its holders earn no rewards from its trades after the change (10.7). We stop triggering pump.fun's payout for it ourselves, but anyone can still trigger it. What happens to the parts pump.fun then pays depends on the change:
- If the split no longer pays Lilbro's wallets, its parts stop reaching Lilbro, so its burns stop too.
- If Lilbro's wallets stay in the split (for example when only the creator fee changes), each still receives its part when the payout is triggered, and we use each part as before, so its burns go on. Two parts are used differently: the holders' part of trades after the change goes to the weekly pot, and a "Keep it" creator's part is held, as the next paragraph says.
What a "Keep it" creator is owed for the coin, from before the change and after it, is held until the operator repairs it, and it may not be possible to pay it (8.2A).
13Pay with SOL (Jupiter)
13.1What it does. You can buy a lil bro with SOL, or sell one for SOL. The site asks Jupiter for a route: SOL to the big bro (sometimes through USDC or USDT), then the big bro to the lil bro through the lil bro's own pool. The whole route is one transaction that your wallet signs. A sale runs the other way. If the big bro is a tokenised stock, the route buys or sells that stock (14.2). For a pump.fun lil bro still on pump.fun's curve, a buy is built in two parts inside that one transaction: Jupiter's route from SOL to the big bro, then a buy on pump.fun's curve with exactly the least that route can deliver. Any big bro the route delivers above that stays in your wallet.
13.2Who chooses the route. Jupiter chooses which pools the SOL leg uses. Those pools are run by third parties and charge their own fees. We add no fee to the Jupiter leg.
13.3Our limits. The site refuses a pay-with-SOL trade in any of these cases:
- Size: the trade is worth more than 5 SOL.
- SOL-leg price: the SOL leg is more than 10% worse than the market price we read from DexScreener.
- Slippage: the result could fall short of the quote by more than 1%.
- Lil bro leg: Jupiter's figure for the lil bro leg differs from the pool's own maths by more than 1%.
- Network fee: the network fee would exceed 0.005 SOL.
- Route: the route passes through any token other than the big bro, USDC or USDT.
- No price: when no market price is available, pay-with-SOL is off. You can still trade with the big bro.
- pump.fun-only big bros: a big bro that Jupiter reaches only through pump.fun's venues cannot be bought with SOL through a lil bro.
We may change these limits.
13.4What a trade can still cost. The limits allow a route that is up to 10% worse than the market price on the SOL leg: on a 5 SOL trade, up to about 0.5 SOL. On top of that come up to 1% slippage, every pool's fee (including the lil bro's own: 1.25% unless it was changed under 6.6 or 6.9, or on pump.fun, pump.fun's fee plus 1.00%, 6.11), and, for a big bro with a transfer fee, that fee on each move. Prices can also move between the quote and the trade.
13.5Jupiter's terms. Jupiter's own terms apply to your use of its routing (https://docs.
13.6[Label.]draft [Swaps routed by Jupiter ([Metis] [Jupiter Ultra]). Powered by Jupiter.]draft
14Big bros and other listed tokens
14.1Big bros are third-party tokens. Big bros are real, public Solana tokens made by other people. We list them by mint address.
- A listing is not an endorsement, partnership or recommendation.
- It does not mean the project has approved or verified Lilbro.
- We do not control any big bro, and we can remove a listing at any time.
- Market figures we show come from third parties such as DexScreener and Jupiter and may be out of date.
- For example, we list PUMP, pump.fun's platform token. Lilbro is not affiliated with pump.fun, and pump.fun has not endorsed, partnered with or reviewed this platform.
14.2Tokenised stocks. [Lil bros priced in tokenised stocks are not available at launch.]draft Some big bros are tokenised stocks, such as xStocks issued by Backed.
- What they are. The issuer describes each xStock as "a bearer debt instrument classified as a tracker certificate".
- Who may hold them. The issuer says they may not be offered, sold or delivered to US persons. [They are also not available to clients in the United Kingdom, [Canada] and [Australia]: TO CONFIRM.]draft You must be allowed to hold them. A pay-with-SOL trade on a stock pair buys or sells the stock itself (13.1).
- No shareholder rights. Holders have no voting rights and no legal claim to the underlying shares. If the institution holding the underlying shares fails, holders can lose part or all of their value.
- Issuer powers. The issuer can freeze any account, pause the token, and move or burn any balance through a permanent delegate. If it does, a lil bro priced in that stock can become impossible to trade, and payouts in it can fail.
14.2AA lil bro is not a stock. A lil bro priced in a tokenised stock is a separate token. It is not the stock, is not backed by it, cannot be redeemed for it, and gives no rights in the stock or its issuer. Its price can move differently from the stock's.
14.3Tokens with a transfer fee. Some big bros charge their own fee on every transfer, on top of Lilbro's fee. For example, $GP charges 3%, set by its own team. The issuer can change that fee at any time. It is charged on every move of the big bro, including our payouts.
14.4Lil bros are not ours either. Lil bros are made by their creators. Anyone can create a token with any name or ticker, including copies of real ones. Always check the mint address.
14.5Where we announce. We announce anything we launch only on lilbro.fun and X @lil_bro_fun.
14.6Runners. The Runners page lists coins trending on Solana that pump.fun does not list as pair assets.
- Coins appear by published automatic rules (trading data, liquidity, holder spread, the issuer's powers). Nobody at Lilbro reviews them, and a listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Their teams have not endorsed Lilbro.
- We do not filter names: a runner may carry a real person's name or copy another coin's name.
- A lil bro "for" a runner is priced in SOL. Its big bro burn part goes to the pot, because a runner is not a big bro we list.
- The data comes from Jupiter and the blockchain, and can be late or wrong.
15No advice, no offer, no promise of returns
15.1No advice. Nothing on Lilbro is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token.
15.2No offer. Nothing on Lilbro is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or investment.
15.3Our status. We are not an investment adviser or fiduciary. [We are not a [broker], [dealer], [exchange] or [custodian].]draft [We are not registered or licensed with any financial regulator.]draft
15.4No returns, and nothing owed. We do not promise that any token will keep its value or rise in value. Most lil bros fade. The pot and holder rewards are paid at Lilbro's discretion under its current rules. [They are not interest, dividends, a share of profits, revenue or a return on anything you bought. Holding or trading a lil bro gives you no right to any payment, amount or schedule. A payment is yours only once it lands in your wallet.]draft We do not promise any reward, pot or buyback.
15.5Your decisions. You decide for yourself and bear the result. You are responsible for your own taxes.
16Risks
16.1Read the Risk Disclosures. Using Lilbro is risky. You can lose everything you put in. The Risk Disclosures at lilbro.fun/risks are part of these terms. Read them before you launch or buy.
17What you must not do
You must not use Lilbro to do any of the following.
- Impersonate. Pretend to be, or suggest a link to, any person, project, brand or token that is not yours. That includes launching a lil bro that copies another token's name, ticker or image in a way that could mislead, and claiming to be Lilbro.
- Misrepresent a lil bro. Present a lil bro as representing, backed by, redeemable for or tracking its big bro or any security.
- Fake trading. For example: trading between wallets you control; paying or arranging for others to trade back and forth; splitting trades across wallets to meet the 50-wallet rule; spoofing; a pump-and-dump. Buying or selling a lil bro because you believe in it, and telling others why, is not fake trading.
- Deceive or defraud anyone, including through false statements about a lil bro, its big bro or Lilbro.
- Raise money. Use a lil bro for a capital raise, pooled investment, profit-sharing or revenue share, or promise buyers a return.
- Launder money or finance terrorism, or deal with sanctioned persons or places.
- Evade location checks. Get around region blocks, sanctions screening or other controls, including with a VPN.
- Infringe rights. Infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
- Attack the service. Interfere with the site, the API or the programs. That includes exploits, scraping beyond published limits, and overloading the service.
- Break the law in any other way.
We may exclude a wallet from the race, holder rewards or the pot if we reasonably believe it broke this section. When we do, we publish the exclusion in the weekly record [by wallet address, with the rule broken]draft.
18The LILBRO token (placeholder)
18.1Today. [Lilbro has not launched a token. A token that claims to be Lilbro's is not ours unless we announce it on lilbro.fun and X @lil_bro_fun.]draft
[LAUNCH-DAY TEXT, 18.2 onward: not shown before LILBRO launches]draft
19Access, blocking and suspension
19.1When we may restrict you. We may block, limit or end your access to the site or API, hide a lil bro or a big bro from the site, or refuse or hold a payout. We may do this if:
- the law requires it, or a regulator or court asks;
- a wallet fails sanctions screening;
- we reasonably believe you broke these terms;
- keeping the service safe requires it.
19.2What we cannot do. We cannot stop a lil bro trading on-chain, and we cannot take tokens from your wallet.
19.3Payouts we hold. [If we hold a payout under 19.1, we record it in the weekly record. [A held pot payment returns to the pot after [30] days.]]draft
20Changes to these terms and to Lilbro
20.1Changing these terms. We may change these terms by posting a new version on lilbro.fun with a new "Last updated" date. Changes that reduce your rights or raise your costs take effect [14]draft days after we post them. Other changes take effect when posted. If you keep using Lilbro after a change takes effect, you accept it.
20.2What a change cannot touch. No change affects:
- on-chain settings that were fixed when a lil bro launched, including the creator's pick;
- a race week that has already closed.
20.3Changing or stopping the service. We may change, pause or stop any part of Lilbro, including the pot, holder rewards, how we divide our 0.70% (6.9) and pay-with-SOL.
- For the pot, holder rewards and the division of our 0.70%, we give at least 14 days' notice on lilbro.fun and X @lil_bro_fun.
- We may act at once where the law or the security of funds requires it. We then say why, the same day.
20.4If Lilbro stops.
- Notice. If we decide to stop running Lilbro, we announce it at least 14 days ahead on lilbro.fun and X @lil_bro_fun, and we keep running payouts until the date given.
- Money we hold. By the date given we pay out everything we hold under section 5.3: the pot and any rollover, every recorded holder reward (including carried amounts), routed creator fees and owed forwards, and the queued burns and buybacks. We publish every transaction and a final reconciliation.
- If the operator cannot act. If the operator cannot act, amounts shown on the site may never be paid.
- Existing lil bros keep charging the full fee. Every existing pool keeps charging its fee (1.25%, unless it was changed under 6.6 or 6.9; on pump.fun, pump.fun's fee plus the 1.00% creator fee, unless pump.fun changed them), and Lilbro's part of it keeps going to Lilbro's keys, whether or not Lilbro still runs the pot and rewards. On pump.fun that includes a "Keep it" creator's 0.30% (8.2A).
- Our fee rights can pass to others. They follow whoever holds Lilbro's keys and liquidity position certificates: a successor, a buyer, or someone who steals them.
- Trading still works. Trading, launching and "Keep it" fee claims do not depend on lilbro.fun. They still work directly on Meteora and Raydium, except the forward after a Raydium graduation (8.2). A pump.fun lil bro still trades on pump.fun, but its "Keep it" creator's 0.30% keeps going to Lilbro's forwarder wallet and is no longer forwarded (8.2A).
21Liability
21.1As is. Lilbro is provided "as is" and "as available". We give no warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
21.2What we are not liable for. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by any of the following:
- Third-party programs: the programs in section 12, including upgrades, bugs, disabled pools, exploits and pump.fun's changes to a pump.fun lil bro's fees or split (12.5);
- Token issuers: any big bro or its issuer, including freezes, pauses, forced transfers and changes to transfer fees;
- Networks and suppliers: the Solana network, RPC providers, Jupiter, DexScreener or any other third party;
- Our own software: errors in the site's transaction builder, simulations, route checks, price data, scoring or payout plans [, except as 9.9 provides]draft;
- Market movements: prices, liquidity, slippage and sniping;
- Your side: your wallet, your keys or your own mistakes;
- Payouts: a payout that is delayed, reduced or not made.
21.3The cap. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of:
- US$100; and
- the fees Lilbro received from your trades in the [6] [12]draft months before the claim.
[Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.]draft [If you are a consumer in a place whose law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are not affected.]draft
21.4No indirect losses. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or opportunity.
[21.5 Events outside our control. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.]draft
22Indemnity and release
22.1[You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms, your lil bro or what you say about it, or your breach of law.]draft
22.2[You release us from claims arising from what other users or third parties do, for example a creator's statements or another trader's conduct. This does not cover claims arising from our own breach of these terms.]draft
23Governing law and disputes (placeholder)
23.1Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of [TO BE PROVIDED: JURISDICTION]draft.
23.2Disputes. [TO BE PROVIDED. PLACEHOLDER: courts of [PLACE] / arbitration under [RULES] seated in [PLACE]; [class-action waiver]; [30-day opt-out]; [one-year limit for bringing claims].]draft
24Your data
24.1Privacy notice. Our Privacy Notice at [lilbro.fun/privacy]draft explains what we process. In short:
- No accounts. The site has no accounts and no analytics of its own. [It sets no cookies of its own.]draft
- What your browser stores. Your browser keeps some data locally: your theme; the demo; images you upload; and, in real-wallet mode, the last wallet you used and records of your launches, including your wallet address and transaction signatures. We do not receive these records.
- What our backend stores. The backend stores public blockchain data, including wallet addresses, trades, balances and payouts. After you launch a pump.fun lil bro, the site sends the launch's transaction signature to the backend, which keeps a keyed hash of your IP address only until it has read that transaction.
- Logs. In real-wallet mode the site reads data from api.lilbro.fun, and some reads, such as your rewards, name your wallet address. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, logs requests to it, including IP addresses and what each request asked for, for [7 days]draft.
- Pay with SOL. In real-wallet mode the site first asks Jupiter through our relay at api.lilbro.fun. The relay receives your IP address, which it uses only to limit how often it is asked, and the trade you ask about, including your wallet address. It passes the request on to Jupiter without your IP address and keeps nothing beyond the logs above. If the relay does not answer, the site asks Jupiter directly.
- Suppliers. RPC providers receive your IP address and, in real-wallet mode, your wallet address. In real-wallet mode Jupiter receives the trades you ask about and your wallet address, and your IP address when the site asks it directly. DexScreener receives your IP address and the token addresses you look at. Your wallet extension and, if you share a post, X have their own privacy terms.
24.2On-chain data is permanent. Anything written on-chain, such as your lil bro's name, ticker and your transactions, is public and permanent. We cannot delete it.
24.3Published exclusions. If we exclude a wallet under section 17, we publish its address in the weekly record.
25Other terms
25.1Entire agreement. These terms, and the documents they incorporate, are the whole agreement between you and us about Lilbro.
25.2Severability. If a court or tribunal finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
25.3No waiver. If we do not enforce a term, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
25.4Transfer. We may transfer these terms to a successor. You may not transfer them.
25.5Language. These terms are written in English. [If a translation conflicts, the English version wins.]draft
[25.6 No third-party rights. These terms do not give anyone other than you and us any rights, including holders or creators who receive payouts without having accepted them.]draft
